Development Series
These lectures and workshops
are geared toward groups consisting mainly of professionals within the field of
counseling, psychology, special education, and social work. Each topic has been
presented numerous times and outcome measures have been used over the past
decade to maximize audience participation, understanding, and enjoyment. When
choosing to do a series, some organizations/facilities have found it easier to
have one topic a month as part of staff meetings or staff development. Other
organizations/facilities have chosen to do day-long trainings where multiple
topics are grouped together based on a theme or the individualized needs of the
